That is just amazing that you're having Colcannon. Up until this week I had never even HEARD of the stuff, but then Patrick got a project that he has to submit three recipes native to his gene pool (appetizer, main course & dessert, natch) and he chose Colcannon as one of his dishes...appetizer I think. When I read about it, it turned out to be a side dish so he can't use it but that it just the wierdest thing to see it twice in one week.
